We are proud to have supported Volkswagen Group France in designing and delivering the very first training program on electric vehicles, aimed at the Certified Pre-Owned network.

Program

A two-day program during which attendees participated in various workshops: test drives, charging experience, connectivity, customer discovery, sales techniques, competitor analysis…

Not to mention the festive moments that fostered strong bonding among used car salespeople and sales managers meeting for the first time during a training session.
