For about ten years, we have been organizing the annual “Relais & Châteaux Rendezvous,” an extraordinary multi-day trip that brings together all the members of the association.

Each new edition features a new destination

We then design a comprehensive program of talks and activities spanning several days. It’s an opportunity to bring members together around the general assembly, inspiring plenaries, original workshops, and remarkable conferences led by renowned speakers.

A partner village is also created to showcase expertise from the hospitality and gastronomy sectors.

Finally, all guests are invited to themed evenings that allow them to discover the culture and traditions of the host country.

2023: Relais & Châteaux Rendezvous in Copenhagen

The 2023 Relais & Châteaux Rendezvous took place in Copenhagen, Denmark, centered around the theme “COPENHAGEN.”

During these three days, marked by creativity and open-mindedness, guests enjoyed a rich program featuring expert speakers on gastronomy and design, connected to the Danish model. A general assembly, inspiring plenaries, workshops, and keynotes were organized, notably with the exceptional participation of:

2022: Relais & Châteaux Rendezvous in Venice

At the 2022 Relais & Châteaux Rendezvous in Venice, association members explored the theme “Embracing the Future.”

The event opened at the Teatro La Fenice, a magnificent neoclassical building, in the presence of Simone Venturini, Deputy Mayor in charge of tourism. This was an opportunity to share an unprecedented study on consumer trends in travel and gastronomy, as well as a fresh vision for preserving natural and cultural heritage and promoting responsible tourism.

The Venice edition was also marked by the election of the new president, Laurent Gardinier, and his international delegates. The program included a series of workshops focused on the future of hospitality, a masquerade evening in the heart of a majestic Venetian palace, and a gala dinner at the Arsenal to close the event.

2016: Relais & Châteaux Rendezvous in Tokyo

The 2016 Relais & Châteaux Rendezvous took place in Tokyo, Japan. The theme “Nurturing Our Vision” immersed guests in a journey of utmost refinement.

During these three days discovering personalities, innovations, and traditions that embody the values of Japanese hospitality, Relais & Châteaux members attended an inspiring program featuring roundtables and exclusive keynotes. This brought together international speakers such as:
