An internal and external thank-you campaign (“Thank You, Games”) deployed across multiple stations during the athletes’ parade, created using photos taken during the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
With the Paris 2024 Games posing an unprecedented transportation challenge, RATP approached us to design and produce a large-scale internal communication campaign.
This campaign (Games in Common) draws a parallel between an athlete’s preparation and that of all RATP employees, showcasing the behind-the-scenes of their exceptional readiness to foster a sense of belonging to a collective journey.
Designed to engage the group’s 65,000 employees, its goal was to unite and motivate all teams while ensuring unprecedented mobilization through the recruitment of 3,000 volunteers and 1,000 seasonal workers, as well as highlighting the company’s expertise in public transportation.
A large-scale setup deployed close to the field
Six visuals featuring employees and athlete-employees, with a photoshoot conducted on RATP sites: a campaign brought to life
Six episodes showcasing the company’s professions and internal expertise. Its success led to an external rollout in the form of short clips shared on social media
This allows each employee to track progress and engage with the event
Over 10,000 posters, banners, and screens displayed in the main hubs
We designed and produced 1,000 mobilization kits, sent to managers and teams on the ground, to convey the energy of the Games
each gathering between 600 and 700 participants
The production teams will follow for over a year the crews involved in various projects related to the preparation for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games and the athletes supported by RATP.
An inspiring and unprecedented look at the technical and organizational challenges, doubts, emotions, enthusiasm, team coordination on the ground, and the collective excitement leading up to summer 2024.
At the same time, the series follows athletes supported by RATP: a sprinter, a breaking champion, and a guide for a visually impaired athlete, who share their doubts and determination. These parallel stories strengthen the connection between the challenges faced by the agents and those of the athletes.

A lasting legacy for RATP
Beyond the Games, this campaign helped create a lasting momentum, strengthening employees’ commitment to RATP’s public service mission and positioning the company as a key player in urban transportation. An extraordinary mobilization for a historic event that leaves a lasting mark on the company’s history.
